I’m Charlie Parker — and I’ve spent my career rebuilding cultures that were broken, overlooked, or running on fear instead of trust. I don’t do shortcuts, scare tactics, or “copy and paste” safety programs.
What I do is simple:
I show companies how to raise expectations, earn trust, and build a work environment where people look out for each other — not because they’re told to, but because it’s who they are.
